This week I have been playing with external hosting so that I can create prototypes much more quickly. This means I’ve been hacking .htaccess files to stop PHP applications from preventing WebDAV access. WebDav and TextMate seems a lovely (better than BBEDIT) environment. I’ve set up an ssh tunnel so that I can use CocoaMySQL remotely and I’ve been getting lost in the dark bowels of open source software again. Although this time around everything seems to be working.. touch wood….
