Never have I used a web site that I hate so much, that other people hate with equal fervour. GNER really do take the usability biscuit and shove it up your arse.
I’d witter on now about the latest usability glitch in their site, but I’d resent them getting the free consultancy … I really would… they deserve to pay! … preferably in pounds of flesh…

Not only the site… the prices too. I have found it more difficult to get saver tickets lately which does seem a sneaky, untracable tactic by GNER
